All orders need 24-48 hours for processing before transportation. All orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. During the holidays, the time for order processing can be increased. Recipient of the contract complies with the laws of the state and the local taxes.
Deliveries depend on the destination. All payments are made in euro currency. General order does not include international taxes or duties. Customer is responsible for any taxes or import duties that may be imposed by local authorities of the particular country. Please check the import requirements and tax policies before ordering.
According to the law on consumer’s protection, the consumer has the right to abandon the purchased goods within 7 working days of receipt of the goods without compensation or penalty and without giving any reason.
max-fight.com will provide the consumer with a full refund the same way in which the payment is made , not later than 30 days from the date on which the consumer has pursued his refusal.
Transport costs for the return of the purchase are at the expense of the buyer.
To be returned the product must be in an excellent presentation:
- The product must not be used, broken, scratched, washed, ironed;
- There is no damage caused by misuse.
- The original package, the original label, the supplies and also the included accessories must be preserved.
- The receipt must be extant too.
Reclamation of goods
According to the law on consumer’s protection, every customer is entitled to reclamation. Only defective goods or goods with missing parts can be raclamated . When returning the customer can claim:
- A refund;
- Replacement of the goods with another with the same price;
- For rebate.
When submitting a claim the consumer must provide the documents on which the claim is based - receipt or invoice.
In case when goods are replaced or returned in order to redeem the paid sum, in force are the conditions of impeccable presentation of the goods, which were mentioned above.
